FPM REMEDIATIONS RECOGNIZED BY AIR FORCE REAL PROPERTY AGENCY DIRECTOR FOR ITS WORK AT THE FORMER ENGLAND AIR FORCE BASE, LA
December, 2011 – Mr. Robert Moore, Director of the Air Force Real Property Agency (AFRPA) expressed his appreciation for FPM Remediations contributions in support of the transfer of the former England Air Force Base (AFB), LA to the England Airpark. Under a contract with the USACE Omaha District, FPM Remediations conducted an intrusive investigation and removed a combination of munitions, munitions debris, and lead- and PAH-contaminated soil at three sites at the former England AFB: SWMU 28/WWII Bomb Disposal Area, ORD-3018/Firing-In Butt No. 1, and ORD-2205/Small Arms/Skeet Range. Mr. Moore’s letter to Gaby A. Atik, FPM Remediations’ President stated: “It is with great pleasure that I pass on my sincere appreciation for your staff’s hard work, commitment and dedication to the success of the England Whole Base Transfer. FPM REMEDIATIONS, INC. AWARDED THIRD AFCEE PERFORMANCE-BASED REMEDIATION TASK ORDER FOR SITES AT BARKSDALE AIR FORCE BASE, LA
September, 2011 – FPM has performed environmental remediation and munitions response activities at Barksdale AFB for the past 15 years and will continue to provide those services through 2020. Under a contract with the Air Force Center for Engineering and the Environment (AFCEE), FPM will address the potential or actual contamination of groundwater and surface soil and the presence of munitions and explosives of concern (MEC) and munitions debris at 59 sites across the base. The types of sites include the former locations of underground storage tanks; small arms and bombing ranges; landfills and disposal areas; fire training areas; and fuels and tanks. FPM is proposing to investigate and remediate more than 25 sites to allow unrestricted future use; clear MEC from more than 1,500 acres; optimize existing remediation systems to reduce the Air Force’s long term costs; and monitor land use controls and institutional controls to ensure these controls continue to protect human health and the environment. FPM’s actions are projected to reduce the life cycle costs associated with the Air Force’s long-term environmental liabilities by more than 40%.
This was the third performance-based remediation (PBR) task order awarded by the Air Force to FPM Remediations in FY2011. PBR is an approach that describes the required outcome or result but does not prescribe how the work is to be performed. The approach affords the contractor the flexibility to determine how work is to be performed and focus on results. Contractor payments are tied to the achievement of self-defined performance milestones. The other two PBRs awarded to FPM Remediations were to address environmental contamination and munitions at Air Force bases in OH, IN, FL, TX, AR, IL and MO.

DR. KEVIN J. PHILLIPS APPOINTED TO MASSACHUSETTS INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY EDUCATIONAL COUNCIL
September, 2011 – Dr. Kevin J. Phillips, CEO of FPM Remediations, Inc. has been appointed to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Educational Council. He joins over 3,000 worldwide alumni, providing crucial support in recruiting and admitting the best students from around the world. AFCEE AWARDS FPM REMEDIATIONS TASK ORDER AT MASSACHUSETTS MILITARY RESERVATION
September, 2011 – FPM Remediations, Inc., has been selected by the Air Force Center for Engineering and the Environment (AFCEE) to provide soil assessment and removal action at the Massachusetts Military Reservation under their Worldwide Environmental Restoration and Construction Contract (WERC). The scope of work includes soil sampling, excavation and disposal, and site restoration.

FPM REMEDIATIONS CHOSEN FOR PERFORMANCE BASED REMEDIATION SERVICES AT REGION 5 BASES
August, 2011 – FPM Remediations, Inc. has been selected by the Air Force Center for Engineering and the Environment (AFCEE) to provide performancebased remediation services at various Air Force bases under their Worldwide Environmental Restoration and Construction Contract (WERC). This $16.9 Million Fence to Fence Environmental Remediation will be performed at the former Bergstrom, Carswell, Eaker, Homestead and Richards-Gebaur Air Bases, covering 43 sites and encompassing a full range of activities such as investigation, design remedial action, operation and maintenance, optimization of long term monitoring, and remedial process optimization.

FPM REMEDIATIONS CHOSEN FOR PERFORMANCE BASED REMEDIATION SERVICES AT SOUTH CENTRAL BASES
August, 2011 – FPM Remediations, Inc., has been selected by the Air Force Center for Engineering and the Environment (AFCEE) to provide performancebased remediation services at various Air Force bases under their Worldwide Environmental Restoration and Construction Contract (WERC). This $17.6 Million Environmental Remediation project will be performed at the former Gentile, Grissom, O’Hare, Newark and Rickenbacker Air Bases, covering 89 sites and encompassing a full range of activities such as investigation, design remedial action, operation and maintenance, optimization of long term monitoring, and remedial process optimization.

FPM REMEDIATIONS AWARDED $50K CONTRACT FOR ORDNANCE REMOVAL AT FORT BRAGG, NC
August, 2011 – FPM Remediations, Inc. has been chosen by the Department of the Army to perform Ordnance Removal at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. This Order for Services in the amount of $50,000 was awarded through FPM Remediations, Inc. GSA Schedule Contract. The scope of work includes utilizing FPM Remediations’ highly skilled Unexploded Ordnance personnel to conduct a visual surface inspection and a magnetometer assisted subsurface clearance for Range Related Debris (RRD) and Munitions of Explosive Concern (MEC).

FPM REMEDIATIONS AWARDED $248K TASK ORDER FOR MILITARY MUNITIONS RESPONSE PROGRAM EXPANDED SITE INSPECTION AT FORT LEONARD WOOD, MISSOURI
June, 2011 – FPM Remediations, Inc. was awarded a task order by the USACE Omaha District under its Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) for Military Munitions Response Program (MMRP) to conduct a MMRP Expanded Site Inspection (ESI) at Fort Leonard Wood, MO. The purpose of the MMRP ESI is to collect the appropriate data to determine if Munitions and Explosives of Concern (MEC) exist at three Munitions Response Sites (MRSs) and recommend the appropriate next steps based on an evaluation of the findings.

FPM REMEDIATIONS AND CAPE, INC. TO CLOSE SITES AT THE FORMER GRIFFISS AFB, NEW YORK
December, 2010 – FPM has supported the environmental cleanup program at the former Griffiss AFB since 1997 and will continue this effort under a five year contract with Cape. As a teaming partner to CAPE, FPM Remediations will assist the Air Force in maximizing the number of site closures at the former base while minimizing future Air Force environmental liabilities. The Team plans to close a number of sites with no restrictions on future use, and one site with industrial land use restrictions; optimize the existing remediation systems to reduce the Air Force’s long term costs; and continue to monitor land use controls and institutional controls to ensure these controls continue to protect human health and the environment. According to the Performance Work Statement, 31 of the 43 sites are being addressed following the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) process. The remaining 12 sites are petroleum sites requiring closure under the New York State Department of Environmental Conversation Spills Program. CAPE and FPM have developed a strategy that is realistic and achievable within the five year contract performance period. The Team’s institutional knowledge of the environmental issues at Griffiss AFB, existing regulatory relationships, and the depth of technical, managerial, and operational support resources will ensure the success of this project.

FPM REMEDIATIONS TO PERFORM MILITARY MUNITIONS RESPONSE PROGRAM SERVICES AT MAXWELL AFB, ALABAMA
September, 2010 – FPM Remediations, Inc. has been selected by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Omaha District to perform Military Munitions Response services at Maxwell AFB, Alabama. This task order, in the amount of $1.65 million was awarded under their Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) for Military Munitions Response Program (MMRP) Services. FPM Remediations is teaming with the USACE to meet their goal of making munitions response sites safe for reuse and to protect human health and the environment in the process. The purpose of this remedial investigation is to determine the nature and extent of risks associated with historical military munitions at an MRS, site characterization and baseline risk assessment activities.

OMAHA DISTRICT, US ARMY CORPS
OF ENGINEERS PICKS FPM REMEDIATIONS, INC. FOR MILITARY MUNITIONS RESPONSE AT CAMP MURRAY, WASHINGTON AND KIMAMA TRAINING SITE, IDAHO

September, 2010 – As part of their Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) for Military Munitions Response Program (MMRP), FPM Remediations has been awarded a $1.2 million task order to provide a Remedial Investigation/ Feasibility Study at the Camp Murray Pistol Range and Training Area 3, as well as the Kimama Training Site in Rupert, Idaho. Under the terms of this contract, FPM Remediations will perform munitions response actions for Material Potentially Posing an Explosive Hazard, Material Documented as an Explosive Hazard, and Material Documented as Safe. This will necessitate site investigation, site characterization, and evaluation of remedial alternatives.

USACE AWARDS FPM REMEDIATIONS $330K TASK ORDER AT THE KANSAS ARMY AMMUNITION PLANT
September, 2010 - FPM Remediations, Inc. has been selected under their IDIQ Environmental Remediations Contract with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Kansas City District to perform site investigation work at the Kansas Army Ammunition Plant, Furnace Area Site Investigation. FPM Remediations will evaluate the Site for the presence of MEC, and determine if the level of hazardous substances released to the environment exceed regulatory standards.

The project is related to ongoing environmental remediation activities being conducted by the Air Force Center for Engineering and the Environmental (AFCEE). Project requirements include site preparation, removal and disposal of surface and subsurface soil, field screening and soil sampling, and Closure Reports and Coordination with Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality.

FPM REMEDIATIONS, INC. TO PERFORM REMEDIAL RESPONSE ACTIVITIES AT RANDOLPH AFB, TX
September, 2010 - The Air Force Center for Engineering and the Environment (AFCEE) has chosen FPM Remediations, Inc. to perform remedial action at Randolph AFB, Texas for site closure of a Golf Course Skeet Range, a Military Munitions Response Program site under their WERC (Worldwide Environmental Restoration Contract) for a firm fixed price of $382,000. The scope of work includes preparing a Response Action Plan, Construction Work Plan, preparation/mobilization, soil excavation, site restoration, and preparation of a Response Action Completion Report and Record of Decision to achieve site closure.

FPM REMEDIATIONS CHOSEN BY THE AIR FORCE CENTER FOR ENGINEERING AND THE ENVIRONMENT TO PERFORM REMEDIAL ACTION AT RANDOLPH AIR FORCE BASE
September, 2010 - The Air Force Center for Engineering and the Environment (AFCEE) has chosen FPM Remediations, Inc. to perform remedial action at Randolph AFB, TX under their WERC (Worldwide Environmental Restoration Contract). The project, valued at $157,000 includes the full range of methods, technologies, and supporting activities necessary to remove contaminated soil from Site FT021 at Randolph Air Force Base.

FPM REMEDIATIONS TO PERFORM REMEDIAL INVETIGATION/FEASIBILITY STUDY AT POLE MOUNTAIN TARGET AREA
August, 2010 - The US Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District has awarded FPM Remediations a $3.5 million task order under their Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) for Military Munitions Response Program (MMRP). FPM Remediations will be conducting a remedial investigation/feasibility study at the Northwest Firing and Eagle Rock Impact areas at Pole Mountain, Albany County, Wyoming. The scope of work consists of munitions response actions for military munitions and munitions debris. Activities may involve Munitions and Explosives of Concern (MEC), which includes UXO, DMM and MC.

FPM REMEDIATIONS AWARDED $163K TASK ORDER AT THE MASSACHUSETTS MILITARY RESERVATION
June, 2010 – FPM Remediations, Inc. has been awarded a $162,000 Task Order under their WERC (Worldwide Environmental Restoration Contract) contract at the Massachusetts Military Reservation (MMR). The project is related to ongoing environmental remediation activities being conducted by the Air Force Center for Engineering and the Environmental (AFCEE). This project involves the cleanup of the Fuel Spill 28 groundwater plume, including the removal of sheet piling and other appurtenances installed in 1999 to separate to Coonamessett River from a cranberry bog. “Massachusetts Military Reservation (MMR) is one of the most complicated and historically significant sites in the DoD IRP program. FPM REMEDIATIONS TO PERFORM REMEDIAL INVESTIGATION/ FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR US ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS – OMAHA DISTRICT FOR THE VANCOUVER, WA BARRACKS
March, 2010 - FPM Remediations, Inc. has been awarded a Firm-Fixed Price Site Specific Contract from the US Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District in the amount of $744,000. Scope of services to be performed includes Environmental Services for two Military Munitions Response Program sites at Vancouver Barracks, located at Vancouver, Washington. FPM Remediations will perform munitions response actions for military munitions and munitions debris.

USACE SOUTHWESTERN DIVISION SELECTS FPM REMEDIATIONS TO PARTICIPATE IN $400 MILLION DESIGN-BUILD CONSTRUCTION SERVICES CONTRACT

May, 2009 – FPM Remediations, Inc., has been selected by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth District, as one of a pool of contractors to participate in an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order (MATOC) contract, valued at $180 million. The term for this contract is 1 base year with 4 one-year options.
The scope of this contract includes, but it not limited to, construction, renovation, repairs, preventive maintenance, environmental abatement and operations activities. In addition, execution of new construction, design-build, design-bid-build and remediation of real personal property facilities are also a part of this contract.

May, 2009 – FPM Remediations, Inc., has been selected by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District as one of three contractors for award of an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for environmental remediation projects at the former Kansas Army Ammunition Plant (KSAAP) in Parsons, KS. The total acquisition value of these contracts is $9.5 million, with a base term of 5 years and 1 five-year option. The Scope of Work includes: MEC clearance, environmental sampling and analysis, explosive waste removal, treatment and disposal, and long term monitoring (LTM)/long term operation (LTO) of environmental remediations.

March 23, 2009 – FPM Remediations, Inc., has received approval from the General Services Administration to provide Environmental Remediation services to various Federal agencies. FPM's primary focus will be performing environmental restoration and construction services such as restoration, pollution prevention, compliance, conservation, design and traditional construction.

October, 2008 – FPM Remediations, Inc., has been awarded a $2.1 million contract to Design/Construct an interior space for the Michael O’Callaghan Federal Hospital at Nellis Air Force Base in Nevada, a Design/Construction project under their Air Force Civil Engineer (AFCESA) Worldwide Environmental Restoration and Construction project. FPM Remediations shall provide the services necessary to renovate approximately 11,000 square feet to accommodate the Flight Medicine Clinic and Public Health programs. The two functions are being relocated to Building 340 on main base and collocated with the base Pharmacy.

$2.9 MILLION TASK ORDER FOR DESIGN/CONSTRUCTION AT FORT HUACHUCA, AZ

September 30, 2008 - As part of a Multiple Award Task Order Contract with the Fort Worth Army Corps of Engineers, FPM Remediations has received a $2.9 million Task Order for the design and construction of the new Advanced Individual Training Battalion Headquarters at Fort Huachuca, AZ.

U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS SELECTS FPM REMEDIATIONS FOR
$28 MILLION CONTRACT

September 30, 2008 - FPM Remediations, Inc., (a subsidiary of FPM Group, Ltd.) has been awarded a $28 million Multiple Award Task Order Contract for the Fort Worth Army Corps of Engineers Administrative Facilities in the Southwest Region. Areas covered under this contract include Arkansas, Arizona, California, Louisiana, New Mexico, Nevada, Oklahoma and Texas.

March, 2008 - FPM's Elizabeth Agin presented "CSI: Locating Unmarked Graves" at the ICCFA Convention in San Diego, CA. Ms. Agin discussed technology used for identifying unmarked graves such as Global Positioning Systems (GPS), Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and 3-D Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR).

March, 2008 - FPM's Jason Fortier presented "GIS Enterprise Solutions - Lessons Learned" at the Environment, Safety, and Occupational Health Training Symposium in Reno, Nevada.

FPM REMEDIATIONS WINS 2007 AETC DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION AWARD
October 12, 2007 - FPM Remediations has been awarded the 2007 AETC Design and Construction award for their interior design work at Little Rock AFB, Arkansas.  FPM Remediations, as result of their contract with AFCESA (Air Force Civil Engineer Support Agency) worked in conjunction with the Air Education Training Command at Little Rock to renovate the Pediatric Clinic, approximately 4,000 square feet. Being selected for this Interior Design Award now elevates FPM Remediations to the next step, competition at the Air Force level.

NEW HAZARDOUS WASTE MANIFEST FORM - NATIONWIDE HAZARDOUS WASTE SHIPPING AFFECTED
September 5, 2006 - New federal hazardous waste manifest forms are required by the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for shipping hazardous waste nationwide. This new regulation has been adopted by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) also. Your hazardous waste vendor should be aware of this change and using these new forms as of September 5, 2006.
